Rob & Emily's Wedding



Trussing the pigs the night before the wedding for 11hrs in the smoker.  There were 4 of these total.


3 70lb pigs ready to be served after a night in the bad ass giant, hydrolic smoker.  This sucker had its own license plate.


The greatest chicken barbecue in the world.  We each got a bottle of the marinade as a wedding gift and... good god.
